By taking every situation and making it better from this point forward, there will be no conflict. Conflict is not part of the Pass It Forward (PIF) Movement. The reason the PIF appeals to 100% of people is simply because every person that is part of this movement is collaborating with other people and organizations that are helping one another achieve their goals. If you are not interested in helping to make the world a better place, you are not part of PIF!
PIF Mentors help their protege's (mentee's) create their own 'something', based upon the proteges purpose, passion, gift and mission. Often a protege's PIF is adopted by a school or nonprofit organization and becomes a unique PIF Fundraising Program for a charitable organization. However, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a fundraising program, it may just be a PIF to help raise awareness for a cause.
